At this point, we all realize that sleeping is one of the most important parts of the day. The amount and quality of your sleep affects everything that you-do. Proper sleep impacts your gym results, your mental clarity, and your emotional health. It is impossible to be the best version of you without great sleep.
Sleeping in luxury is really just prioritizing your night, and spending good quality time with yourself. Your home and your bed are your sanctuary so, you must start living like it. Many people say cleanliness is next to godliness. However, I believe a great luxurious sleep routine is next to Godliness. It’s time for you to learn and level up. Sit back, relax, and learn How to Sleep in Luxury:

Scrub-a-dub
The first step to sleeping luxuriously is a clean body. Without a clean body, you’re not gonna feel comfortable in your night clothes or in your bed. You need to take a hot shower or bath to wash away the day. The hydration and softening of your skin will feel even better rubbing together as you slowly fade to sleep. Take some time to hop in the shower use your desired body wash or bar soap; I suggest something with a vanilla scent because it just makes sleep so much better. Don’t forget to double clean your skin from top to bottom and also brush your teeth to prepare for great restful sleep.

Perfume

As extra as it may be, I believe that a good scent on the body before you rest is a must… Now, we’re really really getting into How to Sleep in Luxury. Just a couple of sprays of perfume around your décolleté will make you feel like an absolutely goddess. The best part is you’ll also smell like one too! Match your perfume with your body wash and make sure that the scents pair well. You are basically layering the scent on not lathering it so you don’t want it to be overpowering. My best device is to moisturize your skin with your choice of oil or lotion, and then add a couple sprays of perfume to really draw that sent in.
PJs
A cute and cozy pajama set is so fun, especially in the winter. You can dress it up and go sexy or wear a cute two-piece sleep set. Just make sure that your pajamas make you feel confident and that they are comfortable on the skin. You don’t wanna wear ultra tight sleepwear. Anything that constricts your body is a definite no! Pick something that is a color that you love or color that your significant other loves and rocket to bed. Cute PJs are the quickest way to feel like you are sleeping in luxury.

Luxury Bedding
Always have clean sheets. Change your sheets out regular. Look for some that are high cotton or linen because those are the best for your body. The frequencies that cotton and linen give off are good for the body. Linen in particular gives off healing and restorative frequencies to heal the body as you sleep. But if you cannot afford cotton or linen sheets, try to find some that have a nice blend to them and that are buttery, soft and super smooth to the skin. Your sheets and blanket should caress your skin gently to keep you snuggly and warm. After all, you are a queen, and a queen needs to sleep in luxury.
