Silky Smoove hair that lays just the way we want it to be: sounds like a dream huh? We all want our hair to look like the girl in the magazine! I mean they have the shine, bounce, body, and flow that seems unattainable. But what if I told you these Two Steps to Tamed Ends could revive your hair and give you the same results?

Before You Begin

The Two seps to tamed ends is about more than just having sealed ends. Taming you ends makes the hair hold moisture and become more manageable. Moisturized hair strands are able to maintain internal hydration longer which means more shine and bonce. The silky-smooth blow outs and long beautiful hair of your dreams is totally attainable by following these two steps and taming your ends.

Before you add these two steps to tame your ends into your hair care routine you should visit a beautician. Speak with your beautician and develop a healthy relationship between them and your hair. Consequently, I also suggest getting a trim by a professional to start your hair off with healthy ends! Ends that are healthy are the only types of ends that can truthfully be tamed. Causing naturally shiny tame hair.

Two Steps to Tamed Ends

Step 1: Comb your hair from ends to roots. No matter your hairs’ length, texture, or curl pattern take your time with it. Pulling your hair from the roots to the ends causes extreme breakage from the roots and ends. Truthfully the breakage your hair will encounter from improper detangling isn’t predominately from the scalp. This type of combing causes breakage in the middle/end of the hair shaft. When your hair is ripped from the ends you initiate a vicious cycle of constant split ends which causes hair to maintain less moisture and in return break and I mean break badly.

Take your time with your hair and treat it like a baby. Gently section your hair into 4-6 sections when detangling. Use a wider tooth comb helps to avoid snags and remove excess debris and product from your hair that causes tangles. Dedicate time to care for your hair and it will show you love right back!

Step 2: Always rinse your hair with cold water after a wash. This step helps to seal the ends of your hair which causes the hair to maintain moisture. Cold water is not generally a pleasant thing unless it’s a hot summers day, but you have to sacrifice for what you love.

You can wash your hair like normal with luke warm/warm water and then after you finish washing your hair give it a quick rinse over with cool water. Towel dry hair gentle to avoid frizz and then style as usual. If you rinse your hair with cold water, you will immediately tame your ends. While enjoying much more soft, manageable, and beautiful!

Sincerely, Shannice ❤️
